I’m not a party person. The most I’ve seen of Carnival or Jouvert was as a spectator in my younger days, admiring the flow of costumes with my family. The idea of those type of crowds have never appealed to me and I’ve held on to that impression for my entire adult life. However, as I write this, there’s a strange excitement running through me and I have a feeling the universe has intervened to show me just how amazing an experience a party can be, specifically #CollisionForeday.

Collision Entertainment, owned by the ambitious and lively Pauline Joseph (pictured above), is now part of my portfolio and I’d be lying if I said that the colorful imagery depicted on their Instagram page doesn’t make me want to douse myself in loads of paint. Seeing local, regional and international folks come together to have a time, embracing the good vibes and revelry, and helping to drive #CollisionForeday’s epic experience is nothing short of spectacular!

So, I may not be a party person but I’m headed to Barbados for #CollisionForeday on July 29th and only one word can really describe my mood: EXCITEMENTS!
